The only criticism I have for this one is the dividing line down the middle - it is far too harsh. Perhaps a softer, or more interesting, way to blend between the two moods would be beneficial.

Apart from that though, a nice piece of art.

Another small criticism is that the grass on the right-hand side portion is very flat and lifeless. I think it could look even more downcast and emphasised if you increased the contrast and adjusted the colours of the grass.
