I'd give my family some and pay off all of my bills. Save the rest for taxes. lol

I would save it all in the bank, but first buy an Xbox 360, a lot of games, and convert some to quarters to throw at people.

I think I would also donate to my family. Probably invest the rest. I think with lotteries though, you only get a certain amount per year, not a lump sum.
