    Hey

    i couldn't find a place for this question so I went to my favourite forum...C and C++.

    Has anyone heard of Bash? I hear it is a Unix-type thing.

    bach ? no its also in windows, runs from command prompt they differ a little.
    unix " clear "
    windows " CLS "
    unix " ls "
    windows " DIR "
    and stuff like that

    Bash is one of several terminal shells available for Unix/Linux. It's similar to doing "Start>Run...>cmd.exe" in Windows. It gives you an environment to type commends.
