Anyone saw Qimo, a Linux OS to help kids get familiar with the penguin?

Qimo is a desktop operating system designed for kids. Based on the open source Ubuntu Linux desktop, Qimo comes pre-installed with educational games for children aged 3 and up.

Qimo's interface has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use, providing large icons for all installed games, so that even the youngest users have no trouble selecting the activity they want.

I've never heard of Qimo before, but it looks very interesting. I was thinking of creating a dual-boot systems for Windows and Edubuntu for my step-daughters, but I'm glad to know that there are other options.

It looks pretty cool. I can't see why a kid wouldn't be able to use and enjoy this. I think this is a great idea!
