slackware fonts

is there any tutorials that i can use to modify the default fonts used in slackware. it's kinda crappy.

lol - I think most of the default fonts used in Linux are crappy. Are you talking about console fonts or fonts used in your GUI (such as KDE, Gnome, etc)?

Just put it in the appropriate directory and edit the /etc/X11/xorg.conf to add the entries.
