    Directory index forbidden by rule

I get this error after setting up directory indexes:

    Directory index forbidden by rule

Anyone know how to fix it or what it means?

This means that there is no index.html, default.html, index.htm or index.php (or any other possible variation) in the http server directory. You need to put one in or allow this in the http.conf file for that virtual or root server.
