Resource temporarily unavailable

When I try to run crontab -e as a user I get this error:

jailshell: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

Running as root works fine though. Any ideas what is causing this? What is a "fork"?

I'm guessing this has something to do with you being in a jailshell.

As far as I can tell this is a cPanel issue. Your admins need to suspend your account and then unsuspend it. This apparently resolves the problem.
