The version of Firefox after it downloaded automatically downloads a page when I browse, and I will be able to scroll that page for the first second, but then it will freeze for a second or two, then it will allow normal operation. It's almost as if it's hanging. This happens on any website I visit using Firefox. I do not recall this issue occurring with the previous version. Is there some setting off, or is there any work around or upgrade required? The one it got updated with is version V3.0.11.
There could be a variety of reasons for it. I find that sites with JavaScript often do that to me, for example.
I have that same problem in Linux. I've experience it in Windows as well with FireFox. After using Chrome for a long time now, I see it even more and it infuriates me. You can switch browsers, Opera runs well on Linux.
I find opera to be quite slow.. even on Windows :/.. it works better on Linux?
