What browsers support CSS? If I do a website with CSS will anyone not be able to view it properly?
I Need Help
All of the major ones I'm pretty sure. I don't really think you have to worry that much about it.
Well these support them for user ( i found this list on a website ) and they are saying that they tested them and worked here is the list
Internet Explorer 4 for Windows
Internet Explorer 5 for Windows
Internet Explorer 5.5 for Windows
Internet Explorer 6 for Windows
Internet Explorer 4 for Macintosh
Internet Explorer 5 for Macintosh
Netscape Navigator 4 (all platforms)
Netscape Navigator 6 (all platforms)
Netscape Navigator 7 (all platforms)
Opera 3.5 (all platforms)
Opera 5 (all platforms)
Opera 7 (all platforms)
All of the major browsers fully support CSS except for IE, which has some annoying bugs. I'd still go with CSS anyway, unless you plan on reaching the technology-deprived people that use IE.
Is anyone technology-deprived though?
