Javascript help needed?

hey guys, so Im a PHP guy, I like javascript, but I spend my time expanding my PHP skills...

I was wondering if someone could help me find some code, or generate some code for me, I will not take credit for it..

What Im trying to do is make my site more user friendly, go here..

See the Development form and the Management form? well, I wanted another option, I wanted 2 radio buttons above each. One will say 'Default', one will say 'Custom', when default is checked, it will grey out all the check boxes, and when custom is checked, it will make them clickable..
anyone able to help me?

You need to attach a method to the "onclick" event to the "default" radio button, so that whenever the option's check state is changed, the script responds by (un)greying out the other options. Try JavaScript Tutorial for a JavaScript tutorial. If you're still stuck, give me a shout.
