How can I detect if the user visiting my site is using a Mobile Phone and then if they are route them to a different page? I'm trying to create the "mobile" version of my websites for quick access.

There's methods to get the users browser. You can might use this trick, if the browsers on the mobile identifies itself as something mobile-related. I don't know, but if it identified itself as "Opera Mobile," then it'd probably be the browser Opera, on a mobile device (fictive example)
A better alternative in my opinion would be to play with the CSS media types. There's an in-depth explanation by W3, right here.
