Comparing variables in 2 scripts

Hello, I have two large scripts included in a file which seem to either have conflicting variables or functions. The javascript console does not tell me what the conflicting variables are. Is there any easy way of finding out what the variables are without having to spend hours looking through the script manually? Thanks alot

What browser are you using? Some will give you a line number (firefox).
