You can use Scalable Vector Graphics for it, which is now supported by most modern browsers.

John actually asked me this same question a couple of weeks ago. Currently, there is no program that I know of that automates this, however John is considering writing an extension for eclipse to draw UML diagrams for PHP programs / scripts.
