Many languages supports unicode, that shouldn't be the problem. It's the database you should look at. You can use these links, if you're using a MySQL-database:

MySQL AB :: MySQL 5.1 Reference Manual :: 10 Character Set Support
MySQL AB :: MySQL 5.1 Reference Manual :: 10.7 Unicode Support

Thank you very much dear vOid. You have always been helpful.
But I think I didn't completely explain my problem. the database is just one part of it!!!
I have no last experience about unicode programing, and I have the same problem with java.
How can I insert unicode strings into java? on the labels, buttons, etc. ?
if you can help me in this case, I think you have done a great help to me...
Thank you very much...

You're talking about that it's for a GUI-application. Are you then using Swing? If you're using Swing, then you can access UnicodeJFrame.

After searching on the internet I fell over this example, that uses UnicodeJFrame: http://www.engineering.uiowa.edu/~sw...F/Unicode.java

I don't have experience with Java w/ Unicode, and I don't know much about UnicodeJFrame, actually I just remember the name. If you really want to look into unicode, then Google would be a nice place to start, and of course Unicode Home Page
