Exclamation Need java help.
Hey guys,
I am new to programming and would like some help writing programs in java.
Can you guys write a simple little program for these two basic questions?

1. Output No if String dog is not a subset of string word

2. Prompt user for four decimal numbers add the positive decimal numbers that the user inputs

I request you JavaLover to come and have a look at Books for Java Thread, since there are tons of links for Excellent Books Links provided.

And for a user as a beginner E-Books definitely going to be one of your best source of material.

Hey javalover, welcome to the forum

I just formated my computer so let me get Eclipse and JDK installed, in the mean time could you explain program 1 a little better? I'm not exactly sure what you want.

Also in program 2, do you want it to only add positive numbers inputed by the user, or add the absolute value of the numbers inputed?
