[Solved] Downloads Not Recording

Hello,

I just set up Ionfiles using Joomla 1.5.4. I have multiple categories with 3 or 4 PDFs and docs to monitor.

When I did a test the first file recorded. After that I downloaded all files to test and none of them recorded into Ionfiles.

Any suggestions? I can't find any instructions on configuration, can you give me some tips?

It should record every time you "click" on the download link. The download link (ionfiles.php with a function of "download" will read the file info, increment by one and forward you to download.php.

If there is an error incrementing it will display the error and die(). What is the URL for your download page?

It's not showing any errors. It's just not recording the download.

It looks like the download counter is working fine. Do you have some caching method turned on for your browser?
