Default [Resolved] ionfiles - Categories, Files, Version - only show config page

ionFiles Version: 3.4.0
---------------------------
Error description: Cannot see the Categories, Files or Version Menu
Page of occurrence: admin Panel

Installed ionfiles - seems to be ok.

When into the Components section to manage the component for the first time.

The Configuration page comes up... although there seems to be no option to save or leave the menu.

If you click on the categories, file or version menu - the configuration pages stays on... and I cannot leave this page...

Any help would be appreciated.

The only time I have seen this happen is when ionFiles has been installed on Joomla! 1.5. What version are you using?

Yes version 1.5... I was not clear that this was only for 1.0... well that explains it.

Any idea when 1.5 will be supported?

There is no set date as of yet but hopefully within the next two-three months. Have you tried installing it using Legacy mode in 1.5?

Any update?

Should this work with Joomla 1.5 ?

I noted my exact same problem here

"ionfiles: backend is not working. I can't add categories or files. When I try to do that, I get the configuration page instead. And on top of that the configuration page has no 'save' button"

I also noted the following in I.E7 - Status bar - 1 item remaining to download.

Error is:

Line 28

Char: 17

Error: 'undefined' is null or not an object

Code: 0

URL: http://www.mywebsite.com/joomla/admi...les&act=config

No, it should not work in Joomla 1.5 yet. I did some testing with Joomla 1.5 in Legacy mode and it seemed to work for me that is why I suggested it but it isn't support yet.
