Hi,
I've been using Ionfiles for quite some time now and without any problems.
I've just installed a sef module (sh404sef) and I can't download any files since then.
I've noticed that all my redirected URL's look like "mysite/my-category/my-article.html" but all the Ionfiles URL's look like "mysite/component/option,com_ionFiles/func,download/Itemid,1/"
Is Ionfiles compatible with sf404sef or not. What should I do to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Airton
EDIT: I just changed the URL in red to show exactly what happens in my site. Sorry for that!![]()

Moved to a new thread. As of right now it is not compatible with SEF. IMO, SEF should convert URLs with options in them to the SEF standard instead of making hundreds of products work with their product.
Thanks Jordan for the quick reply.
Any clue as to if and when you plan to make ionFiles compatible with SEF?
Maybe it's just a matter of creating a bot like in FireBoard and other components?
Thanks again for your great work in this component!
P.S.: Any news regarding the J! 1.5 version of ionFiles?
Best regards,
Airton.
I would like to make it SEF compatible soon and I will when I can find the time. As for the 1.5 version, I'm not sure. I started working on it and made most of the backend but then got busy again. It has now been several months and I can't remember where I left off.Once I figure that out it shouldn't be too much longer.
