I only see the same form in all tabs at back end

THe component installed properly and I can link it to menu at web site front end.The problem is I only see the same form in Tab Configuration, Manage Categories ,Manage Files, and Check Version .So there is no way for me to add file or manage categories.

I don't see the attachment. Do any other components have this issue that you have installed?
