[BUG] Text "Version" not displayed

Hello,

The variable "_IONFILE_VERSION" is defined twice in the english.php file on line 12 and 19. This causes the frontpage to show 300 instead of the word "Version".

My suggestion would be to rename the first one to _IONFILE_VERSION_CHECK.
