Font Color Change?

Hi there, love it - easy to set up - great for a small amount of files - Question - my site is a dark color and I need the font in the "FILE NAME" header to be WHITE - any way to do this? (Don't understand why I cannot post a link here?)
Is there a way, if so can you give me step by steps? (I would LOVE to also change the link color if possible) THANK YOU!

ionFiles uses the same colors as your Joomla template. You can modify your theme CSS to change any of the colors/styles.

Well ALL my template text IS white on the front end and in CSS there is no Black color code anywhere in my css files... ALL my links are set to yellow, they show up yellow, but the ion link is purple, so how is this possible? -

Could I also suggest (if you haven't already) installing FireFox and the amazing Firebug. I couldn't live without it for getting to grips with CSS issues. It's brilliant!
