    Upgrade Procedure

    Hi there,

Can't see any documentation on the procedure to upgrade to 4.4.5. Do I need to uninstall the previous version and then re-install?

    Is 4.5 close, should I wait? :-)

    Thanks
    Tony

    Re: Upgrade Procedure

Versions prior to 3.0 remove all ionFiles database entries. If you have a version older than that you should backup the ionFiles tables before upgrading. You may want to backup your tables in any case. Uninstall the old version, install the new version and then restore your tables.

If you have a version after 3.0 simply uninstall the old version and reinstall the new version.

4.5 has been delayed a bit. I have no estimate of the time frame as of right now. We have some exiting new features we want released in this version and don't want to release it prematurely though.
