[Resolved] Problem downloading .wmv files

Hey,

Thanks for the great component.

I've ran into a bit of trouble with .wmv files

I can download an excel file no worries

www . mysite.com/folder/file.xls

so I don't think I have an issue with only downloading locally.

If i enter url

www . mysite.com/folder/file.wmv

and set ionfiles to link

I can follow the link and it opens a media player to view the file then i can save it from the media player.
But if I set it to download it saves a 0 byte file.

I've tried entering url

/folder/file.wmv

and other variations of this but none of them work even to link to the file.

Any suggestions?

He had invalid links to his files or the files didn't have proper permissions.
