Guess I should introduce myself

Long version:
Greetings, everyone.
I usually don't introduce myself on forums, unless I plan on staying; so far, CodeCall has helped me immensely, so it's likely I'm going to be here for quite a while.

What ties me to coding:
I'm not actually what I'd call a real coder. I'm going to do software development as a job later on, but it's currently just a hobby of mine.
I have (very basic) knowledge of C++, Pascal, PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript and Flash.
I've always wanted to be able to make the things I like, so I started them one by one as I needed them. I intend to work in game development, actually, but web development is easier to start with, so I'm going with that for now.
I mostly learn by googling problems as soon as I run into them.
The next language I'm going to start learning will be C#.

What ties me to other things:
I'm an avid gamer, writer (short novels),magazine editor,(ambient-industrial-classical) composer,graphics junkie (Photoshop for 3-4 years now) and soon-to-be director for a small theatrical group.

I also like to travel abroad, go hiking/camping, play chess, hold speeches, pose riddles to random people, meet random people, ponder existential problems and read satire. I've also taken the Cambridge Proficiency Exam, but I have yet to find out the results.

I'll be getting on many of your nerves asking for help with various problems I'll be running into, by the way.
