Programmer
Hi
I was just looking around for a good general programming forum and voila, here I am.
I'm new to programming. I'm currently attending college for an A.A.S in Programming. I'm on my second semester, and this semester is my first taking a programming class. It's called Fundamentals of Programming, and they're using Python to introduce us to programming. After that I'll be taking Java classes.
I would like to take C++, but the school only offers VB and Java. I figured I'd learn it on my own if need be.
I'd like to go ahead and give a big thanks to any help/insight that you guys provide to me in the future!

hello - i'm new here and since i already started a thread before i saw this - i thought i would say my hello here. been a programmer since 1999. mostly java. some vb6, vba and now php the last 1.5 years
