which one to learn first ?
because i cant learn two computer languagh at the same time .
Neither is a programming language. You really need to learn XHTML and CSS together to get the full benefit.

That depends where you want to head, if you are more of a designer I'd go with CSS, then either JavaScript or PHP depending on your direction.
CSS isn't hard to learn the basics, it might take a while to get a total grasp on everything, but as long as you have a basic idea on how things work with it you should be fine.
thanks for the reply
i dont know which direction to go .
i will learn css and xhtml both in the same time .
how is more difficult ?
I don't know xhtml so I wouldn't know. But they are hard to compare, css is too different to compare them. You can't use CSS without html knowledge.
XHTML is a slight variation on HTML. Not a big deal. CSS isn't that hard to learn either, but its effects can be dramatic. It can turn an unordered list into a drop-down menu with only a few lines.

thanks for the answers .
i will learn first xhtml and when i finish xhtml i will learn css .
depending on what you told me .
Well, try to learn XHTML as a comparative study between that and HTML. Then go for CSS. If you are interested in programming though, then it would be better to go for some Client side technology like JavaScript and then some Server side one like PHP. That all is sufficient to be a productive Site Developer...
