    simulating Slow Connection <Sloved>

    hi all,
    ive been trying to emulate slow internet connection on my pc (the localhost), to see if my site will run nicely when its uploaded. ive tried some stuff and firefox plugins but none of them worked on localhost
    heres what ive tried:
    -Firefox Throttle plugin: works okay on regular websites, but not localhost
    -Internet Speed Simulator / Proxy throttler: doesnt work at all

    so, do you have something to recommend?

    b.s. im using windows xp
    yo homie i heard you like one-line codes so i put a one line code that evals a decrypted one line code that prints "i love one line codes"
    Code:
    eval(base64_decode("cHJpbnQgJ2kgbG92ZSBvbmUtbGluZSBjb2Rlcyc7"));

    Re: simulating Slow Connection

    sorry guys problem solved!
    for those who might wanna do the same, i used "Internet Speed Simulator / Proxy throttler", its free and you can download it from here
    when you start it, dont forget to set proxy to :127.0.0.1 and port:8080
    some browsers exclude local website, uncheck that checkbox
    yo homie i heard you like one-line codes so i put a one line code that evals a decrypted one line code that prints "i love one line codes"
    Code:
    eval(base64_decode("cHJpbnQgJ2kgbG92ZSBvbmUtbGluZSBjb2Rlcyc7"));

    Download a bunch of torrent at the same time.. your modem / router will be soo busy with all the connections open that you will end up with a slow connection
