Is there a way to block people from viewing the source of a page I make?

No. There is no way.

A long time ago there use to be javascript methods to encrypt the source of your webpage but these methods were very easy to "decompile" as the method for decompiling the code was inside of the javascript and visible to all.

Well there is an old trick lol
just before the <html>
press alot of enters so that the page will be displayed just blank! lol
nothing can be done besides this!

Yes, I guess you could do that. Also, make it hard to read your code by not using whitespaces.

So, What I need to do is make the first page of HTML blank, and then make the rest of my code incredibly hard to read.
Sounds like it's not worth it

Don't bother. There's really no reason to hide HTML. If you want to make it harder to copy content, you can use javascript (or just make a pdf).

The fact that your asking how it can be done means the code your trying to hide is probably not so advanced that someone couldnt replicate it anyway.

Its really not worth the effort at all
