Default Is this a link farm?
I came across this:-

I have read about it on another forum but some of them said that it might be a link farm, but then one of them told that you can remove all the links that you want, and then those two told that it might not be a link farm if it works in that way.. I am uncertain what to do.. I don't want to risk as I'm trying to make SEO, so i don't want to get penalized for link farming!!

Any ideas?
