Default Review: PlusRegister.com

Why this review?
In the last few days I registered my .info domain for just $2.49 with PlusRegister, I know there may be cheaper, but you have to take care, not all registrars are as good as they may seem.

Who are they?
PlusRegister.com was registerproxy.info but they now changed name and are PlusRegister. They are situated in London in the United Kingdom. They seem to be very serious, you will know why as you will continue reading. You can easily contact them by phone, email and I think even by post.

What do they offer?
They are a domain registrar, with very good prices and always making offers for a better price! You can do the usual things as you usually do on a domain registrar, buy domains, bulk buying domains, transfer domains and with cheap rates too. It even lets you buy an email @yourdomain for as low as $0.99 per month with 3 e-mail accounts and 30mb of space. And all services a registrar can offer.

Payment options?
They support all type of payments that every registrar supports, plus unverified Paypal accounts! That is why I registered with them, besides that if I had any problems I could always have my money back by opening a dispute.

What about their service?
Well, the most thing that people complain about when it comes to registrars is the Customer Care and Support. Well I had no problems with that, here is what happened to me, I registered with them and paid for the domain, but something went wrong, they received the funds but the credits were not forwarded to my account on them, so I had a due invoice. I was freaked out, because it was 00h30 on a Sunday morning. I sent them an email about my problem, and you know what? After one exact hour I had my credits transferred and my domain fully operable!

My overall experience:-
As I said above the problem was fixed quite fast and without any complications. They have excellent customer care and Technical support, I would recommend them to you for their prices and good service! My domain is perfectly running, and am having quite a success.
