Lol? No I don't. I know C++, Python, QuickBASIC, HTML, and I'm pretty good with C syntax differences.

Also just because I can't code in it doesn't mean I can't read the source or documentation.

Xav: If you hadn't noticed, MeTh0Dz is usually talking about theory, and not the language, Assembly, itself. You can approach a lot of different programming problems just using theory.

If I should choose a language for a calculate I would have chosen Assembly, and not one of BASIC-dialects most calculators use as standard.

In South Carolina, Graphing calculators are mandatory for HS Pre-Calculus. It drove me nuts when the students didn't even know how to graph by hand. When we hit Trigonometry, I actually told them they needed to perform an upgrade on their calculators and then demonstrated how to remove the batteries.

If you are good with numbers, there isn't really much need for a calculator until Calculus 2 in my opinion. Up until then you can do most stuff in your head.
