Default ticketing system
hi i'm not programmer. i do some research for open source ticketing system and i just want to know about some features of all these system which is..
-user level login
-level approval feature
-follow up feature after ticket is complete

can you help me to explain these features briefly..

You may have to explain what you mean by a ticketing system. Perhaps a bug-tracking system? Support system? Other?

Some common features may be email alerts, assigning tasks to workers, worker view, admin view, front endbuser view, email to ticket, status change, etc.

you should just try one and see for yourself.
