Default Intrface Custimisation
I would like to know how to cuztomise program interfaces, i wnat to change colours add links and text.

This may sound basic to you but i don't have an idea

Here is an example i found when browsing the web

All help will be appreciated and i am going to be looking through programming because i'm going to be looking into the basics

The example you just gave is a simple matter of changing the background color and text color of the form elements.
