Need advice about future job(swis re, high way middle ware)

Hi, I need advice about choosing my job.

I finished this year as a bachelor of informatics science. I have several job's offers. I selected two as a best offers. I can work for swis re, the world's largest reinsurer or for agens consulting, company from germany with 250 employees together.

In swis re, they offered me position on application highway, which is application, that use many big insurance companies( i have never heard about that software ), and they sad me, that will be possible to work on more applications. My responsibility is keep it working.

In agens consulting, they offered me positions of konsultant( tester, programmer ). I can work like outsourcer in bank company on current project and meet many people in business and work with java technologies.

I would like to become in future like a leader of IT projects and well payed. I need to learn many things, because I am only absolvent with 3 month experience in company.

Can you give me advice? Or say me more about highway? I cant find anything about it. It's should be some middleware, which put together database and applications for end users...
