You are not going to be able to read text into Audio using just PHP alone. What do you have so far?

You will need to do research on text to speech programs. Without that, your project will go nowhere. There are a number of commercial versions on the market.

There are some samples out there that do exactly what you're talking about for online demos. As long as the application has an API hook the website can use server-side, it can be (and has been) done.

Yeah, you are right.. I just found one TalkingOnline.com - Text To Speech

I thought it was not possible, but as you said... it can be done from the server-side.
