    Which language ?

I really want to make a program that can organize all of the sites I visit regularly into one place. Say I visit and log in to 20 sites a day. I would like to have a GUI with 20 buttons which I can click and each will go to the site, enter my info for me, and log me in. Just a time saver.

My only programming background is mostly C and I've dabbled in some OOP. Any suggestions on a language that can do this would be of great help.

No need to write program for that. Use bookmarks / speeddial / shortcuts in your webbrowser + password manager and you're done.

You could try C#. This will allow you to create a Windows Form, store the sites in a file etc..
