    Entry Careers with Asociates?

I was stupid and dropped out of college when I was younger. I'm 26 now and married, I need to make more money then I am making. So I started taking night classes and am half-way through a 2-year degree in Programming and Networking. I really enjoy it, but I just don't have the means to pursue a 4-year degree at this point. I do plan to take a few more independent computer classes at night after I get my Associates though, if only to broaden my skills.

I realize that without experience and just an Associates degree that finding work will be difficult. What I need to know is, are there any entry level IT careers that I could pursue with a 2-year degree? (I earn 30k at my job now, I'd like to earn 40k-50k)?

    Any advice is welcome, thanks.

It depends a LOT on where you're at.

Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I'm an hour from Birmingham, which I hear is growing place for IT jobs at the moment.

The best advice I can offer is to check out the job search sites and apply with a few temp/temp-to-perm agencies.
