hello, im looking to dive into some more advanced programing. i presently know web based code's and some VB, I need to reprogram some simple 32 bit drivers to function on a 64 bit 7 system. these drivers are used in a macintosh emulator (sheepshaver and baliskII) I am looking for your thoughts to help me get traction here.
how to determine what program was orignaly used to compile these files, how to decompile them now, and some links to 32 and 64 bit os programing information. one driver allows for cd rom access and the other driver installs with an inf as a protocal in the NIC. this allows the emulator under w2K and earlier to take full use of the NIC in the guest os; the side effect was to remove network access for the host os but this is what im trying to acomplish. all files were orignaly made for 2K xp os's back in 04 and 08.
thanks for your input
