    Exclamation Programming Logic (pseudocode) Help?

I'm in a Programming Logic and Design online course. My first assignment is due on Monday morning at 8 AM, and I still don't have my textbook. The teacher won't give an extension for the homework, but he took pictures of the assignment pages, but since I can't read the chapters I have no clue what to do!

I'm not asking for the answers (tho I won't complain if you give them to me ), but if someone could explain IN DETAIL and in simple English what to do on these I'd really appreciate it.

I'm unable to post links since I'm new here, so I'm breaking down the link to where I uploaded the pages:

    First part:
    tinypic.
    Then this:
    com/r/
    And finally this!
    2qvh4ax/6

I'm supposed to do exercise 12 on the first "page", and then use the examples (a through e) to answer exercise 4 found at the bottom of the last "page".

Again - I have no clue what I'm doing and this has to be done soon.

    Thanks in advance!

I've been looking at it and trying to figure it out for the past week, and I have no idea. I don't even know where to begin.

Begin with 12 a). Do you think it's a valid assignment? Why or why not?
