Question: how to convert unknown format file?

i have a file that is unknown format..this is a animation file with unknown format file..

=1.C3
=2.C3

till a million C3 file

how i can view this?

First you have to figure out the file format.

how i can say..it is a 3d animation file..i already have use 3dmaxstudio to view this file..but if im use hex winhex its show the file format is MAXFILE

OK, then it isn't an unknown file format. Whether it's a documented file format or not is a different question. You may have to make repeated slight changes and see what changes in the files to determine the format.
