Default C# on mobile devices????
Can this be done? Does it matter what language the programs are compiled in as long as it uses the mobile SDK librarys?

Where can I get tutorials on how to begin developing for mobile devices?

The .NET Compact Framework is supported on most of Microsoft's mobile devices (IIRC, only Smartphone 2002 doesn't support the runtime).
MSDN has a mobility section that should help you get started.
