Question for Programmers

I was wondering, because here seem to have some good programmers, what softwares did you make? Was it for Private use? Shareware or Freeware? And if you could make a snapshot. Let's share them. Here are mine:-

Use:- Was Created for personal use only, so at night it opens me the desired programs to start downloading, supports anti-crash and anti-shutdown! I think this is the biggest project I ever made

Name: Electrical Symbols Paint add on

Use:- This is a Paint add on for my Dad ( still under construction ) because he uses paint to make Electrical Drawings etc..

Use:- This is my latest software ( created today ) because as you know I have a website Time4Videos and to upload a video it takes me some time because I have to
1.Edit the Movie if needed
2.Insert my website at the beginning of the movie
3.Create 2 HTML Files with code inserting Ads etc.. ( the hardest part )
4.Insert Counter
5.Upload the Videos
6.Make the code to insert the movie in the Video List
and this approximately takes like 15 minutes and now with this it takes less than a minute ( excluding the Movie Editing time because I have to do that manually ) because this beauty makes things easier for me now all I have to make is

1.Edit the Movie if needed
2.Insert my website at the beginning of the movie
3.Upload the Video
4.Copy/Paste the Generated Code in my Video List.

And I made much more programs always for personal use, Some of them were even temporary, and after I deleted them.

So what are yours?
