Java is buggy. But, if you find good legit sites with code. I mean it is picky though... Like the ABC's

    A
    B
    C
    E

    *Syntax Error*

Java is very picky and whats more, if you don't have the same version the program was built in you are screwed.

I think java depends on the programmer. You can get a software package that bundles the needed Java libraries so the user doesn't even need to have the java engine installed.

As with all of these languages, there are pros and cons.

And the Pros and cons will be different with each and every programmer alike.

True, a language is like a sword, it depends on the person how well it is wielded (spelling?).

C++ is my favorite. I love the power and the complexity of it. It is so organized and precise.

VB5 was actually the first programing language i leaned like 10 years ago and it seemed pretty easy but i dont remember too much about it. Ive been working with Java for about 15 weeks now, I barley even know it and I absolutley hate it, and as for C# i doubt ill ever learn it because I dont see a reason to know 3 languages that all can do the same thing

    IMO VB > C# > Java

Why do you have Java though? Just wondering. I'm never satisfied with the language I learn which started with Basic in DOS. That is why I keep switching. So far, C++ seems to be my primary language.
