I was wondering, since he was affiliated with you, if he was using a "rephrase" program. I know you did some work on one. What language did he make it in? How quickly can he ask a question? As fast as he can copy/paste? I do give raises.....
He is only familiar with C/C++ so I would assume in one of those. I have not seen any of the source. I am sure he debugs it a little lol takes out things like "What color is a love" or something lol
He would also have to pick a category unless he put that into his code lol
Once I implement the automatic category detection, he probably wouldn't have to worry about it. Where does he get his questions?

He rephrases questions... Where does he get the questions before he rephrases them? Where do the original questions come from be rephrasal (haha)?
He didn't make a rephraser lol it gets base sentences with missing keywords and a list of keywords and mix and match them.
I could be totally wrong I have not talked to him much at all.
