I'm currently on three projects, where the second one has highest priority at the moment.

An online gaming tool for a MMOG named travian (Travian - Browser Game - Romans, Gauls & Teutons), I call the tool AllyTool.
An simple CMS system for company pages etc
Another online gaming tool keeping statistics from a webpage, joint between python (backend) and php (frontend). The game is eRepublik, (eRepublik - The New World | Online Social Strategy Game)

When do you expect to be done with those projects?

Never ending story, but hope for a releasable next version (0.1.1) by end of summer. An running first version (0.0.1) has been untouched for almost 6 months now, only been setting it up to different alliances/clans on different servers. Loads of new functions and a totally new layout is planned.
Two months ago. just finishing up the administration interface functions. Hopefully I'm done pretty soon.
as #1, never ending story. but this is not that seriously taken project as the first one.

No, actually I don't. but i visualize the structure in my mind, pretty good at that.
and the CMS system could reuse a lot from the AllyTool so I had a working structure there.

programmin methology is not my strongest thing, but i know it's purpose and how to do it.

I have some knowledge, but it's merely as a newbie. It's one of the fields I need to improve my web skills, the others are css/div coding. I've already given up the graphics part. No use to try to learn a blind hen how to read.
