Coder Battle #1: Hash Algorithm

The first coder battle will be developing a Cryptographic Hash Algorithm. If you haven't read the rules do so here: Coder Battle Rules

• 20 character index
• Collision avoidance/detection and resolution will all be taken into consideration at judgment time.

I'm considering Java at this point, but I see no where in the rules (Even after reading them a 2nd time) where it says I have to state what language I am going to use in here

Why were you prompting Jordan?

The rules say just say what language YOU are going to use.

People can use whatever language.
