I have 'Enable Captcha Image:' set to 'No' but it still shows.
Another thing when captcha text is entered wrong is it possible instead of reloading the page just to show the 'incorrect message', the reason when page is reloaded typed message content is disappeared and users has to start typing all over again. Thanks. |

What version of Joomla are you using? A fix for this should be rather simple, but unfortunately I'm not familiar with the code. Jordan should have the answer for you very soon.

It is a bug. I accidentally set the condition to the same as "Email to Self" so if you turn off the "Email to Self" option it will also turn off the Captcha. I'll have this fixed in the next release.

I've only seen that error once and it was because GD was setup incorrectly on the server. You'll probably need to contact your server admin and have them recompile PHP/GD.

Same problem here, captcha not showing; I checked all permissions; checked PHP5 GD is also ok; another version of captcha called freecap works fine with phpmailer; I have my own web servers;apache2; Any Ideas?
The drop down works great, and as Aravot said in the above post- is there a way to just say incorrect message or is this a WIP? |
