My client loves the way the form looks, but unfortunately it's a component. I need a way to duplicate the component so that I can create a totally different contact list. A module will certainly work.

So is there a possibility or suggestion on how to set up a form to send email to each of the recipient that the web visitor chose?

I'm not sure what you are asking. You want the contact list to be on many parts of your website instead of a separate page?

Let's say I have a set of people on Contact Manager in the category "Office Staff" and I have another set of people in Contact Manager in the category "Employees". I use your easycontact to create one contact form with a dropdown for all the people in the category "Office Staff" in main menu.
Now, I want to create another contact form with a dropdown of all the people in the category "Employees" in the Top Menu.

I can't do that because Contact Manager is a component.

If it was a Module, then yes, I believe that can be done because Modules can be duplicated.
