Default Mysql Management Tool

Does anyone know of tool to manage a mysql database similar to PHPMyAdmin?

I am working on a website that is running on PHP version like 4.1, and I don't know of anything that works with that old of a version of PHP.

I want to avoid spending time writing my own, so it anyone know of an existing one that I can download I would appreciate if anyone can give me a name and possibly a link.

Thanks for any help

If you are looking for a desktop application one ..
try SQL Manager , they have a free lite version which is pretty good.
Of all other managers I found this one to be the best.

Link to their website
