Installing SQL server on Windows XP 64 bit

I have upgraded my workstations to XP Pro 64bit. I need to have SQL server
2000 Installed. Is there a work around to get it installed. I keep getting an
error "Microsoft SQL server 2000 Standard Edition server component is not
supported on this operating system. Only Client components will be available
    for installation."

Yeah - none of the Sql Server Standard/Enterprise editions will install on a workstation OS. You need to have Windows 2000/2003 Server. The only workarounds I know of are to either install the Developer or Personal (MSDE) editions of Sql Server - both 2000 and 2005 should work on XP 64bit.
I don't know of any hacks that would allow Standard to run on XP - but since it's probably just an OS check on install, I'm sure somebody has done it. If not, it may not be too difficult to pull off if you really wanted to.
